Overview of the Project
The client had already developed the platform’s back end, while the front end had been implemented with a primary focus on coding simplicity rather than usability.
The goal of the project was to redesign the entire user experience and all interface screens.
My Role
As the only Service Designer on the team, I analyzed the existing platform, highlighting key pain points and errors. I then led the creation of user flows and wireframes.
Platform Analysis
We analyzed the existing platform with several testings, we clusterised the errors and we identified and prioritised the pain points.
